1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document and all related taya22 policies:

• "taya22," "we," "us," or "the Platform" refers to the online gaming platform accessible at taya22.cam, including all its services, games, features, and associated applications.
• "Player," "User," "you," or "Member" refers to any individual who has registered a taya22 account or is accessing the taya22 website.
• "Account" refers to the individual player account created upon successful completion of the taya22 registration process.
• "Funds" or "Balance" refers to any real-money deposits held within a player's taya22 account wallet, denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
• "Bonus Funds" refers to promotional credits, free bet amounts, free spins winnings, or any other non-deposited amounts credited to a player's account by taya22.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times Bonus Funds must be wagered on eligible games before they may be withdrawn as real money.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification process required by taya22 to confirm a player's identity, age, and source of funds.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" refers to any country or territory from which access to taya22 is prohibited under applicable law or taya22's internal compliance policy.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing taya22.cam, creating a taya22 account, or using any service offered on the taya22 platform, you confirm that:

• You have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.
• You have also read and agree to the taya22 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.
• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 3 of this document.
• You are accessing taya22 voluntarily and for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the taya22 platform and close your account. Continued use of taya22 after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. taya22 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, with changes taking effect upon publication at taya22.cam/terms-conditions.

3 Eligibility & Registration

3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register a taya22 account and participate in real-money gaming. This requirement is consistent with PAGCOR regulations governing online gambling in the Philippines. taya22 enforces strict age verification during the KYC process. Any account found to have been registered by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all balances forfeited, and the matter reported to the relevant regulatory authority where required by law.

3.2 One Account Per Player. Each individual is permitted to hold only one active taya22 account. Registering multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all associated funds. If you have inadvertently created a duplicate account, contact taya22 support immediately at [email protected].

3.3 Accurate Information. You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, and a valid Philippine mobile number. taya22 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any information provided.

3.4 KYC Verification. taya22 is required to conduct identity verification on all accounts, particularly prior to processing withdrawal requests above certain thresholds. Acceptable Philippine government-issued identification documents include: PSA-issued Philippine Statistics Authority documents, PhilSys National ID, Passport, UMID, SSS/GSIS ID, PRC ID, Driver's License, and Voter's ID. Failure to complete KYC verification when requested may result in withdrawal delays or account restriction.

3.5 Prohibited Persons. The following individuals are not permitted to register or maintain a taya22 account: employees, contractors, directors, or agents of taya22 or any affiliated entity; immediate family members of the foregoing; persons included on any gaming exclusion register; and persons located in jurisdictions where access to taya22 is prohibited.

4 Account Security

4.1 Responsibility for Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your taya22 login credentials, including your username and password. taya22 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.

4.2 Unauthorized Access. You must notify taya22 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorized person. taya22 will take reasonable steps to secure your account upon receiving such notification, including temporary suspension and credential reset.

4.3 Two-Factor Authentication. taya22 strongly recommends that all players enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on their accounts. 2FA is available via SMS OTP to your registered Philippine mobile number or via a compatible authenticator application. taya22 will not compensate players who suffer account compromise after declining to activate available security features.

4.4 Account Sharing. Sharing your taya22 account with any other person is strictly prohibited. All activity conducted through your account is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether you authorized that activity.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. taya22 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI online banking, BDO online banking, and QR Ph-compatible bank transfers. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). taya22 reserves the right to add, modify, or discontinue payment method availability at any time.

5.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits via GCash and Maya are credited to your taya22 account balance in real time, subject to the payment provider's system availability. Bank transfer deposits may take 1–3 business hours to reflect. Minimum deposit amounts apply per payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction on the taya22 deposit page.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests from verified taya22 accounts are processed within 24 hours of submission. GCash withdrawals for fully verified accounts typically complete in under 30 minutes during business hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution. taya22 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending completion of KYC verification or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.

5.4 Withdrawal Conditions. Real-money withdrawals are subject to the following conditions: (a) your account must be fully KYC-verified; (b) any active Bonus Funds wagering requirements must be completed or the relevant Bonus Funds forfeited; (c) the withdrawal amount must meet the minimum threshold; and (d) the withdrawal must be made to a payment method registered in your own name, consistent with anti-money laundering obligations.

5.5 Currency. All player funds on taya22 are held and transacted in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). taya22 does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotions made available by taya22 are subject to specific terms published alongside each offer. In the event of a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds credited to a taya22 account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. Wagering requirements and eligible games are specified per promotion. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — live dealer games, table games, and certain slots may have reduced contribution percentages.

6.3 Bonus Expiry. All taya22 bonuses are subject to an expiry period. Bonus Funds and any associated winnings that have not met the wagering requirements within the specified period will be automatically forfeited. taya22 will not reinstate expired bonuses under any circumstances.

6.4 Abuse and Fraud. taya22 reserves the right to void any bonus, withhold associated winnings, and/or suspend or terminate an account if taya22 reasonably determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: exploiting software errors, participating in coordinated group play, hedging bets across bonus and real-money accounts, or any other conduct designed to exploit promotional offers in bad faith.

6.5 One Bonus Per Person. Welcome bonuses and other first-time promotional offers are limited to one per person, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. taya22 may use technical and manual review processes to identify and prevent duplicate bonus claims.

7 Gaming Rules & Fair Play

7.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the taya22 platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By participating in any game, you acknowledge that you understand and accept the rules of that game.

7.2 Random Number Generation. All slot games and non-live games on taya22 use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems supplied by licensed game providers. Game outcomes are independently audited by third-party testing laboratories. taya22 does not manipulate game outcomes.

7.3 Prohibited Conduct. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the taya22 platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds: use of automated bots, scripts, or software to play games; collusion with other players; chip-dumping or deliberate loss in poker or other competitive games; exploitation of software errors or glitches; use of the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity; and any other conduct that taya22 reasonably determines to be dishonest or detrimental to the integrity of the platform.

7.4 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, network interruption, or game error, taya22 reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wager to the player. Winnings generated from a demonstrable technical error — such as an incorrectly displayed jackpot amount — are not payable. taya22 will communicate clearly with affected players in such instances.

8 Responsible Gaming

8.1 Commitment. taya22 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Filipino players. We recognize that gambling can become harmful for some individuals, and we take our duty of care seriously.

8.2 Age Restriction. As stated in Section 3, taya22 strictly enforces a 21+ age restriction on all real-money gaming activity. Players who believe a minor has accessed their account must contact taya22 immediately.

8.3 Player-Controlled Limits. All taya22 members have access to the following self-management tools directly from their account dashboard: daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits; session time alerts and automatic session termination; loss limits; and wager limits. Limits take effect immediately when set. Requests to increase a limit are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.

8.4 Self-Exclusion. Players who feel they need a break from gaming may apply for self-exclusion through their taya22 account dashboard or by contacting support. Self-exclusion periods range from 30 days to permanent. During a self-exclusion period, taya22 will close the account to gaming activity, suppress all marketing communications, and — where technically feasible — block re-registration attempts from the same player. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours.

8.5 Reality Checks. taya22 provides optional on-screen notifications at intervals selected by the player (30 minutes, 1 hour, 2 hours) to remind players of the time elapsed in their current gaming session and their net win/loss position for that session.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the taya22 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, page designs, and underlying code — is the property of taya22 or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the taya22 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, broadcast, display, sell, license, or otherwise exploit any content from taya22 without the prior written consent of taya22 or the relevant rights holder.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions transfers any ownership of intellectual property rights from taya22 to any player or user.

10 Limitation of Liability

10.1 No Warranty. The taya22 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. taya22 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, suitability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

10.2 Service Interruptions. taya22 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, network issues, or events beyond our reasonable control may cause temporary service interruptions. taya22 will not be liable for losses arising from such interruptions, provided they are not caused by our negligence.

10.3 Limitation. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, taya22's total liability to any player in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the amount of real-money funds deposited by that player and currently held in their taya22 account at the time the claim arises. taya22 shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.

10.4 Gambling Risk. By using taya22, you acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk. You accept full responsibility for any financial losses incurred through gameplay on the taya22 platform. taya22 strongly encourages all players to gamble only with funds they can afford to lose.

11 Suspension & Termination

11.1 Player-Initiated Closure. You may close your taya22 account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, all pending withdrawals will be processed. Any Bonus Funds not yet meeting wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

11.2 taya22-Initiated Suspension. taya22 reserves the right to suspend or restrict your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we have reasonable grounds to believe: your account has been accessed by an unauthorized person; you have violated these Terms & Conditions; we are required to do so by law, court order, or regulatory directive; or your account is subject to an active investigation.

11.3 taya22-Initiated Termination. taya22 reserves the right to terminate your account permanently and, where fraud or misconduct is determined, to forfeit the account balance in the following circumstances: provision of false information during registration or KYC; confirmed age misrepresentation; bonus abuse; use of prohibited software; money laundering or illegal activity; or any other material breach of these Terms.

11.4 Effect of Termination. Upon termination, your right to access taya22 ceases immediately. Any real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds subject to forfeiture as described above) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable period, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC or compliance checks.

12 Disputes & Governing Law

12.1 Complaint Procedure. If you have a complaint regarding your taya22 account, a game result, a payment transaction, or any other aspect of the taya22 service, you should first contact our support team by email at [email protected] or via live chat. Please include your account username, a clear description of the issue, and any supporting documentation. taya22 will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 24 hours and aim to resolve it within 5 business days.

12.2 Escalation. If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided by our support team, you may escalate your complaint to our compliance department by submitting a formal written complaint to [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint." All formal complaints will be reviewed by a senior compliance officer and a final decision communicated within 14 business days.

12.3 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

12.4 Language. These Terms & Conditions are published in English, which shall be the authoritative language for all purposes.

13 Amendments

taya22 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to active players via email to their registered address at least 7 days before the amended Terms take effect, except where a change is required urgently by law or regulatory directive.

The most current version of the taya22 Terms & Conditions will always be available at taya22.cam/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects when the most recent changes were made. Your continued use of taya22 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to an amendment, you must discontinue your use of taya22 and contact support to arrange the return of any real-money balance in your account prior to the effective date of the change.
